If you are trying to access your router with wireless connection, try connecting your device with an Ethernet cable instead.
If your device is connected to a router using an Ethernet cable and you still can't access it, check if the cable is damaged.
If it is, consider borrowing it from a friend or buying a new one.
On every router, there's a tiny hole with a button inside. Get a needle or something similar and press that button. Your router's settings, username and password will be set back to default (username: admin | password: admin).
Sometimes the cables aren't plugged in at all or they're maybe only halfway in. Check all of the cables plugged into your computer and try again.
The default username and password for most of the routers is:
Username: admin
Password: admin
If you can't seem to find the password for your router, try calling your internet service provider. If you don't know who your ISP is, do the speed test, it will tell you what's your ISP and then you can use Google to find their phone number.
Sometimes, the password for accessing the router are placed on the box your router was packed in. If you saved the box, check if it has anything useful on it.
If you also cannot browse the net then check out the no internet connection solutions.
